- Sprinkle a quarter of the shredded cheese evenly over half of the tortilla.

- Fold the other half of the tortilla over the filling, creating a half-moon shape. Gently press down to seal.


3. Cook the Quesadillas:

- Heat a large skillet or griddle over medium heat.

- Add a teaspoon of vegetable oil and half a teaspoon of butter to the skillet, allowing the butter to melt.

- Place two quesadillas in the skillet at a time, cooking them for approximately 2-3 minutes on each side.

- The quesadillas are ready when the tortillas turn golden brown and the cheese has melted to perfection.

- Remove the cooked quesadillas from the skillet and keep warm while repeating the process with the remaining tortillas and fillings.

- Cut each quesadilla into wedges using a sharp knife or pizza cutter.
