  • - 2 large ripe tomatoes

  • - 1 pound fresh mozzarella cheese

1. Slice the tomatoes and mozzarella cheese into 1/4 inch thick slices.

2. Wash and dry the basil leaves, and remove them from the stems.

3. Arrange the tomato and mozzarella slices on a serving platter, alternating between the two.

4. Place a basil leaf on top of each tomato and mozzarella slice.

6. Drizzle the dressing over the salad, making sure to coat each slice of tomato and mozzarella.

7. Season the salad with salt and pepper to taste.
