Ingredients:
- 1 baguette or French bread
- 1/2 pound of thinly sliced cooked pork (can use pork belly, pork loin, or roast pork)
- 1/2 cup of pickled carrots and daikon (can be purchased or made at home)
- 1/4 cup of sliced cucumber
- 1/4 cup of fresh cilantro leaves
- 1/4 cup of sliced jalapenos
- 1/4 cup of mayonnaise
- 1/4 cup of soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon of fish sauce
- 1 tablespoon of sugar
- 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil
