  1. - 1 jar of grape leaves

  2. - 1 cup of uncooked rice

  3. - 1/2 cup of chopped fresh parsley

  4. - 1/4 cup of chopped fresh dill

  5. - 1/4 cup of chopped fresh mint

  6. - 1/2 cup of pine nuts

  7. - 1/4 cup of olive oil

  8. - 1/4 cup of lemon juice

  9. - 1/2 cup of water

  10. - Salt and pepper to taste

1. Start by draining the grape leaves from the jar and rinsing them under cold water to remove any excess brine.

2. In a large bowl, combine the uncooked rice, chopped parsley, dill, mint, and pine nuts. Mix well to combine all the ingredients.

3. Take one grape leaf at a time and place it flat on a cutting board or work surface. Trim off the stem and any tough veins.

4. Place a spoonful of the rice mixture in the center of the grape leaf. Fold the sides over the filling and roll it up tightly, similar to a burrito.

5. Repeat this process with the remaining grape leaves and rice mixture until all the dolmades are assembled.

6. In a large pot, arrange the dolmades in a single layer, seam side down. Drizzle the olive oil, lemon juice, and water over the dolmades. Season with salt and pepper.

7. Place a heatproof plate on top of the dolmades to keep them from unraveling during cooking.

8. Cover the pot with a lid and cook the dolmades over low heat for about 45 minutes, or until the rice is cooked through and the grape leaves are tender.

9. Once the dolmades are cooked, remove them from the pot and let them cool slightly before serving. You can serve them warm or at room temperature, garnished with a drizzle of olive oil and a squeeze of lemon juice.

10. Enjoy your homemade dolmades as a delicious appetizer or side dish for any meal!

These dolmades are sure to impress your guests with their vibrant flavors and delicate texture. Make a batch for your next gathering and watch them disappear in no time!
