Ingredients:
- 1 cup all-purpose flour

- 1/2 cup chopped zucchini
- 1/2 cup chopped squid

Instructions:
1. In a large mixing bowl, combine the flour, water, egg, salt, and black pepper. Whisk until the batter is smooth and free of lumps.
2. Add the chopped green onions, carrots, zucchini, squid, and shrimp to the batter. Mix well to ensure that the seafood and vegetables are evenly coated.
